Twitter's paid blue tick re-launches after pause

Twitter's paid-for verification feature is rolling out once again on Monday. It was paused last month after being swamped by impersonators.

It is still $8 per month - but there is now an increased fee of $11 for those using the Twitter app on Apple devices.

Twitter's owner Elon Musk has previously said in tweets that he resents the commission fee Apple charges on in-app purchases.

Comment: Given the recent track record of launch dates for this and other features, the Twitter Blue relaunch is by no means certain to happen today. Plus if it does, it's will have the same problems as before as there is still no id verification, so it could be withdrawn again.

You can now edit videos on TikTok

TikTok has a new time-saving feature for creators called ‘Posted Drafts’ which are copies of the most recently posted videos which you can tweak, fix mistakes and typos, saving you from needing to create the video from scratch.
