It's Friday
Good morning!
It's Laptop Friday in Cardiff, Cheltenham, Bovey Tracey and Ilfracombe today. followed by desk work for me.
On Sunday I'm running in the Cardiff Bay Run, my home race, and will be trying to improve on my fastest time, set last Sunday. If you're running or supporting a group of us are meeting upstairs in Coffi Co, Mermaid Quay after the race so you're welcome to join us.
