I'm happy with my race in yesterday's Cardiff Half, improving on my previous 2019 race by 36 minutes, coming home in 1 hour 40 minutes.

I'm writing this on the train to Bath where I'm training an art gallery their use of Instagram this morning followed by a working lunch with another client.
