ALT text reminders now available to all on Twitter
All users can now access ALT text reminders after the feature was first launched with select users and flagged up here in July.
ALT text reminders are pop-ups that remind you to add text descriptions to images so they’re accessible to those using screen reader software, including blind or visually impaired users. Plus you can display a message to anyone that hovers their mouse cursor over your image.
Tip: You'll need to turn on this feature via the accessibility section of your settings.
Reels API now available
Yesterday Facebook revealed the launch of the Reels API, which lets you share Reels from a desktop or web based app with a single click.
