6 time effective ways to use video on LinkedIn πŸ“Ί

1) Create a video series so viewers will keep coming back for me - use ChatGPT if you're stuck with inspiration - then you can use the same video section/s on each. For example, I did this for the bio part of my videos on the NILC YouTube Channel.

2) Turn blog posts into videos using ChatGPT.

3) If you are using videos on other networks then they could work on LinkedIn too eg some frown upon vertical video from Reels/TikTok on LinkedIn but it can work well.

4) A 5 second video will nearly always outperform a photo on LinkedIn and it's no extra time...well 4 seconds maybe 😁

5) Video testimonials are very powerful and can help you obtain new leads and clients. If you can, get your clients to record them. They are authentic and save you time.

6) LinkedIn Live (live video broadcasts) can save time as you benefit from the live broadcast and the recording afterwards.

Are there any other ways you can think of to use video on LinkedIn making the best use of your time?

More features available from a third party tool than on the native platform πŸ€”

I'm not sure if this is unique to SocialPilot but I suspect it's not - SocialPilot provides 3 useful features that aren't available on the platform/s themselves. This is very odd and begs the question why the platforms don't have the features built in πŸ€”

But hats off to SocialPilot for developing them...it's long been my social media dashboard of choice. If you'd like to know more and how it compares to the likes of Buffer and Hootsuite, let me know.

The features are:

1) Export of reports in pdf for all major platforms
2) Addition of a wide number of call to action buttons to Facebook Page post
3) Creation of LinkedIn image/photo carousel posts

No. 3 was just announced yesterday.

Would you find these features useful?
